Legile leaders gave the Build-Up Program an impact score of 80%

The Build-Up program ran from 17 September 2024 to Monday 28 October 2024.

The challenge

When five new leaders stepped into their roles at Legile, they inherited a team characterized by its incredible strengths: harmony and loyalty. But these very qualities also created challenges. Decision-making stalled, difficult conversations were avoided, and the lack of structure and planning slowed their progress. The leadership team needed a way to harness their superpowers while addressing the bottlenecks holding them back.

The Buildr solution

Through the Buildr Build-up Program, we turned harmony and loyalty into tools for transformation. Using the Buildr Team Scan©, we identified the team’s superpowers and challenges, helping the team to objectively communicate about the challenges holding them back while gaining needed confidence in what unites and empowers them. We quickly addressed their difficulty in communicating (not just talking) openly with each other and their challenge with aligned decision-making. Together, we developed practical solutions like new meeting hygiene rules, an organigram with clearly defined roles and responsibilities, and frameworks for structured, transparent decision-making.

Buildr's impact score: 80%

Legile’s leadership team has emerged stronger, more resilient, and ready to lead their organization toward sustainable growth. The program had a ripple effect throughout the team:

Faster decision-making: Leaders gained the confidence to act decisively without compromising harmony.

Open conversations: By addressing slumbering conflict constructively, the team built trust and transparency.

Enhanced execution: A structured approach to tasks ensured clarity and momentum.

Stronger collaboration: Weekly planning sessions sparked clarity, and unity.
