Buildr Programs and Workshops

The Build-Up Program

Run an agile sprint to turn a team's measurable goals into concrete action.

  • create psychological safety
  • bring alignment into the team's strategy
  • become accountable and dependable
  • measure and feel the impact of your actions

This program consists of three parts →

Part 1 - from challenges and opportunities to a concrete action plan (week 1-2)

Part one of this Build-Up Program is the Buildr Foundation Program. The team aligns on its challenges and opportunities*, and we turn these into concrete actions. We end this part of the program with a clear team objective and 1 to 3 key results (OKRs) to measure the team's progress actively.

Duration: 8 hours

Part 2 - get into action mode during an agile sprint (week 3-4-5)

Together, we run a 4-week sprint to execute the plan we decided on during part 1 of this program. We go through an agile cycle of weekly planning, execution, and review. A Buildr team coach facilitates the sprint meetings to help the team reach the desired results.

Duration: 10 facilitated Buildr hours - the team will need more time outside of this to work on its tasks.

Part 3 - review and reset (week 6)

At the end of this program, we look back on successes and failures so we can learn and improve. We reflect on what's gone well, what hasn't, and - most importantly - what can be done about it. Retrospectives are the hallmark of every high-performing and effective team.

Duration: 4 hours
