This program consists of two parts →

Part 1 - the team's code

During this part of the workshop, we share team stories and experiences, explore the team's strengths and uniqueness, and, doing so, forge a path to the team's code. That is a list of values describing how the team's interactions 'work'.

Part 2 - from opportunities and challenges to measurable OKRs.

During this part of the workshop, we explore the team's SWOT more deeply. 'SWOT' represents Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats*. How can the team leverage its strengths and turn weaker points and challenges into opportunities? We create radical focus by agreeing on a team dynamics objective and 1 to 3 key results (called OKRs) to transparently measure the team's progress over the next 3 to 6 months.

* The team members ran through the Buildr Team Scan© before the start of the program to objectify the team's SWOT and challenges. 

What you need to know:

  • budget | 2.750 € + free Buildr Team Scan©. After the program has run, the team lead receives a management report with the necessary people insights to follow up on leadership initiatives with the team successfully.
